Reason for disagreement: If so there is no need for another example especially without change in the params, for example in your edit -r documentation, there is only one example stated which is sufficient.

Furthermore, your add client (add -c) and add insurance (add -i) does not have any examples, which is inconsistent with your add record (add -r) in your UG
