Reason for disagreement: As shown, MediShied Life Premiums are evidently shown here, in a normal system, they would not show MediShield Life Premium (Lower/Lower-Middle/Upper-Middle Income), it would just show MediShield Life Premium. They would be adjusted accordingly to the type of income range they fall into, hence, having the different cost but name name as duplicate does not make sense since

Reason for disagreement: Reasons are stated in original issue card and response for rejection. A single premium does have multiple prices, generalising it to be a duplicate does cause occasional inconvenience faced by either system admins or users.
Definition of severity.Medium : A flaw that causes occasional inconvenience to some users but they can continue to use the product.
Context: This may not be ideal as different age groups may be under the same type of insurance but pay different premium amounts. For example, a younger person aged 18 could be paying $500 per annum for a premium, while an older person with more complications could be paying $2500 per annum for the same premium coverage due to the possible health complications that comes with age, which majority of the insurance companies tend to implement such structure. Hence, this application only allows for one type of insurance name with a fixed price
