[Metabolism] Couple toy metabolism with Translation, ProteinDecay & MacromolecularComplexation #21

A toy model of metabolism consisting of 3-4 reactions (glucose import & subsequent conversion) will be integrated with the submodules changing protein counts np of the enzymes catalyzing the metabolic reactions.

My understanding is that mRNA --> Protein : Translation module Protein --> Null : Protein decay Protein p1 ... Protein pn <--> Protein p1 ... Protein pm : Complexation (handling protein complexation & breakup, thereby changing protein counts)

@all Is any other submodels besides [Translation, ProteinDecay, Complexation} changing the protein counts?

Matthias, translocation should also affect protein counts; it sends some proteins (a few, I think) to the membrane or extracellular compartments
