Remove the /upload route #529

We aren't using or supporting [https://dashboard.wholetale.org/upload](this page). I think it should be removed from the code base (if there's agreement from @bodom0015 or @craig-willis)

I agree, this view and several others can be removed entirely.

We're still using browse, run/view, and manage, but all other views/routes/controllers (as well as any/all components that are not used in the needed views) can likely be removed.

This is part of a larger effort that is perhaps somewhat captured by #294, but we've never fully cataloged exactly what would be pruned.
