v0.8rc1 - Select Data selection not cleared when clicking Cancel

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Precondition: Register one or more Datasets (e.g. doi:10.18739/A29G5GD0V) on Manage > Data (see Manage > Register test cases above)
   • NOTE: You may need to wait for registration to complete
2. Click the (+) button to open the "Select Data modal"
   • Confirm "External Data" list (right-hand side of the modal) is initially empty
3. "Add" a few datasets using the modal, then click "Cancel"
   • The modal should close
4. Click the (+) button to once again open the "Select Data modal"

Expected Results:

• Right-hand side should once again be empty

Actual Results:

• Right-hand side still contains the previously-cancelled dataset additions
