v0.8rc1 - Tale Workspaces is missing a bunch of dropdown options #540

This may just be a problem with a stale test case, but it seemed significant enough to bring up.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. From Browse, hover over a writable stopped Tale and click "View"
    • You should be brought to the Run > Metadata page
  2. Click the "Files" tab at the top
    • You should be brought to the Run > Files view
  3. Click the "Tale Workspace" nav on the left side
    • You should be brought to the Run > Files > Tale Workspace view
  4. Create a folder and upload a file to the Workspace
    • You should see the folder/file appear in the list
  5. Expand the dropdown beside the folder, then expand the dropdown beside the file

Unclear whether or not this is expected, and/or whether or not this is a blocker for releasing v0.8. We should discuss on the dev call this afternoon.
