Add hidden asTale parameter to create modal that can be set by query parameter

This is a last minute request to add support for the "asTale" parameter to UI during the create operation when coming from the "Analyze in WT" flow. If the integration includes the asTale parameter, the UI should pass this through to the tale creation call.
