Delete file operation seemingly removes more than one file #620

I think that's related to https://github.com/whole-tale/dashboard/pull/610

How to reproduce?

Create a Tale
Go to Run / Files / Tale Workspace
Upload a bunch of files (5 in my case)
Remove second but last file from the list.

Expected result

Only one file disappears

Actual result

Second but last and the last file disappear. Note: refresh "brings" the last file from the dead.
