Versions and runs are not removed when tale is deleted #498

Problem: When a tale is deleted, associated versions and runs are not removed from Girder or FS

To repeat:

Make clean
Create a tale
Create at least one version and one run
Confirm version and run exist on FS (find deploy-dev/volumes) and in Girder.
Delete the tale
Confirm version and run still exist on FS (find deploy-dev/volumes) and in Girder.

Expected result: Version and run are removed when the tale is removed
