Creating a new Tale Version does not force an update of Run > Files > Tale Versions #287

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Run > Files > Tale Versions
  2. Expand the Tale Versions Panel
  3. Create a new Tale Version using the panel on the right

Expected Results You should see the new version appear in the file-browser on the left

Actual Results New version does not appear without refresh or explicit navigiation

Can't reproduce.. seems to be working as expected: http://recordit.co/4T5O4s0Let

Closing this for now, but will reopen it we find it's still an issue
