With https://github.com/whole-tale/ngx-dashboard/pull/277, we no longer have a splash page and therefore no TOS, acknowledgements, and partners/logos. We discussed this on the dev call, but I don't remember if we came to a final decision.
Globus does have a place for TOS, but the link is only available during initial consent -- so highly unlikely that anyone will ever see it. (The TOS link on the login page is for Globus itself).
We may have also discussed some sort of "About" page, which I think might make the most sense.
