Spark 2.4.3 no longer available #5

Image builds for Jupyter with Spark environments are failing because Spark 2.4.3 is no longer available from http://mirrors.ukfast.co.uk/sites/ftp.apache.org/spark/.

We either need to update to 2.4.4 or use the archive site:

https://archive.apache.org/dist/spark/spark-2.4.3/
