Find references for definitions of transparent/transparency

Is there a good citation for the definition of "transparent"? It may be helpful in the definition in Section 3.

The paper currently does include the definition recommended by FASEB. The NAS report uses the term, but does not define the term directly. We should find and cite a number of additional papers/recommendations that explicitly define transparency.

Added this footnote to section 2:

The term transparency is used to refer to this aspect of reproducibility in both the FASEB recommendations [10] and the NAS report [7] discussed in Section 4.
