In the old dashboard the workflow for creating a Tale was slightly different; there was also the ability to launch the Tale right after creation. I made a few changes to accommodate for the new workflow where Tales aren't automatically started.

This tab no longer exists so I refactored the tests to use the current workflow for registering data
Remove the regression tests
These were artifacts from the ember dashboard; I've included some of them into the rest of the tests and got rid of this section. If we find that we're hitting the same bugs over again I would say to bring it back but given that there's a new re-write I don't see that happening with the older issues.
