Documentation updates for v1 #151

This PR introduces a number of changes for v1.0 including:

Moving Platform Information above Project information in TOC
Adding new overview section
Updating features and limitations
Updating quickstart guide based on new UI
Adding and updating sections for versioning, sharing, working with Git
Re-organization of environments section, adding MATLAB and STATA
