I got this report via colleague, I'm following the quickstart https://wholetale.readthedocs.io/en/stable/users_guide/quickstart.html

I'm on osx m1 (not that I think it matters).

Thanks for the report! Ligo Tale was using older version of repo2docker that was still trying to connect to now-decommissioned MRAN. I updated it. Please check now.
