Please provide any additional information below.
1. Install droidwall 1.5
2. Configure firewall rules/display rules (this works)
3. Show Log (this gets a segmentation fault: "[1] Segmentation fault
/data/data/com.g..."

The firewall itself seems to be working. I tested by blocking some applications
on the 3G network and it worked. "Show rules" and "clear log" seem to work,
along with "Apply Rules". But when I "Show Log" the above problem occurs. I was
hoping to monitor applications using DroidWall. I have a '200MB' data plan and
don't want to exceed it and need to intelligently setup the firewall. Thx for a
great application. If you can post a reply with instructions or a fix that
would be great.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The firewall log; a segmentation fault error messsage.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Android 2.2.1. Droidwall 1.5

Some kernels simply do not support the iptables logging functionality...

Only way to fix this would be to recompile your kernel with the necessary
modules enabled (or just compile the modules and load them on system startup).

There is nothing I can do on DroidWall, sorry.

Thanks for the explanation. I appreciate the work that you have done to
implement Droid Wall. Please add a short section to the FAQ explaining that
some of the Android kernels do not support all the needed needed functions
required for a completely operational DroidWall and that a recompiled,
reconfigured kernel or kernel modules is needed to get complete functionality.
I may be able to fix the problem for my phone but I do not know if Motorola's
locked boot loader will be an obstacle.
