Dear Mr. Schmidt,
Developing an iOS version of an application requires significant investment of time and resources. Our current financial situation does not allow us to allocate these resources towards an iOS version at this time. We understand the demand for an iOS version, but we must prioritize our available resources towards maintaining and improving our existing applications. Creating an iOS version would require additional investment in hardware, software, and personnel, which we cannot afford at the moment. We are continually evaluating our financial situation and will consider developing an iOS version in the future when it is feasible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of our current limitations.
With kind regards Fritz Schubert CEO of MensiMate
Dear essensgetterapp Team,
We are writing to request that your open source project release an iOS app. We believe that having an iOS app would be beneficial for both the users of your project and the development team.
For users, having a mobile version of your software would make it easier for them to access and use its features on their iPhones or iPads. This could help increase user engagement with the project as well as provide more convenience when using it on-the-go or in remote locations where they may not have access to a laptop or desktop computer. Additionally, releasing an iOS app could also potentially attract new users who prefer using mobile apps over web applications due to their ease of use and portability across devices.
For developers, creating a native iOS application can help streamline development processes by allowing them to take advantage of Apple’s powerful SDKs (Software Development Kits) which can speed up coding time significantly compared with developing solely from scratch in HTML/CSS/JavaScript etc.. Furthermore, releasing an official version through Apple’s App Store will give you greater visibility among potential new contributors who may not have heard about your open source project before but stumble upon it while browsing through available apps in the store - this could lead directly into increased contributions from these individuals!
In conclusion we strongly believe that releasing an official iPhone/iPad application is something worth considering for both current and future success within this amazing open source community! Thank you very much for taking our suggestion into consideration - we look forward hearing back from you soon regarding any progress made towards making this idea become reality!
