opencart 1.5.5.1 vqmod 2.3.2 error #94

Please provide any additional information below.

When installed vqmod on fresh installed opencart 1.5.5.1. On homepage "add to 
baskets" button stopped working. If i reload homepage or go to another opencart 
page and back again the button start working again. Have tried fresh install 
4-5 times everytime same problem appear.
