cookie_authentication example no server response #415

Hi, 

I tried the cookie_authentication example with no success. Compiling and 
running mongoose works fine. Also the login.html page is opening. But when 
submitting the form with Joe and Doe the server is not responsing the request. 
The browser is loading and loading.. Tried it with safari, firefox, and chrome.

Do you have any suggestions? I do not change anything within the code and run 
it on OS X v10.10. Other examples are working fine.
