Validate geometries #35

Follow up to https://github.com/whosonfirst-data/whosonfirst-data-admin-au/pull/34

This PR validates all geometries added in that PR using the Shapely module (script here). This step was skipped over in the initial PR.. but this should fix any invalid geometries introduced through that work.

All features in this PR now have a validated geometry, merging.
