Update Shirksville #139

This PR:

Swaps the existing quattroshapes_pg alt geometry in to the default record, replacing the mz geometry
Stores the mz geometry as an alt geometry
Removes the quattroshapes_pg alt geometry file
Updates centroids, is_current, src, and lbl:bbox properties to reference the updated point geometry

No PIP work needed, since this place keeps its parent as-is and has no descendant records.
