Manhattan West Side is technically a different region (probably a macrohood) which contains other neighbourhoods like Upper West Side, Morningside Heights, Washington Heights, West Harlem etc.

The changes LGTM, cc @nvkelso - suggesting we merge this as-is, I don't think there is much benefit in keeping the existing name as a variant. The name: values are correct.
