Ireland import 50k townland locality features

There's also 50k "townland" features available here, which look proximate to "locality" polygons.

• The Townland is the smallest administrative division in the country and varies in size from approximately 1 acre to 7000 acres. All other territorial divisions are collections of townlands. There are circa 51,000 townlands in the Republic of Ireland.

A few examples of these new townland shapes (blue boundaries, labelled) alongside existing WOF locality shapes (red boundaries):

Looking at the locality coverage in WOF, I'm not sure the townland division would roll up to the locality placetype. I initially thought locality shapes could be created by dissolving on a common attribute, but the attributes and names for these townlands don't always match expectations.

I'll keep digging around, would be great to add/update locality data in Ireland.
