GeoJSON data made from OpenStreetMap could be used. However tags are different. And osm_id: 3795064 in the geojson was replaced with "spr:id":"wyp70xyep6m0". It is impossible to use with other OSM based tools and servers. Maybe the current implementation for the extras parameter is for sqlite mode only.
