Update to invoke (internal) "touched by a human" generation code #8

Require this to be invoked explicitly as a kwarg to the export_feature method.

Unclear that this is the best place for the touched-by-a-human file generation since all the mz-wof-diff relies on git diff so a better place is probably: https://github.com/whosonfirst/git-whosonfirst-data

"Touched by a humans" files have been replaced by the wof:controlled property so this is no longer relevant.
