there should be a THIS WAS REPLACED button

in the BI UI, under Options, I think it would be a tremendous idea to add a THIS WAS REPLACED button which would:

• clone the record and create a new wof_id with some minimum viable set of properties that probably didn't change, like lat/lon and address and hierarchy
• offer to update things that probably changed, like tags and category
• ask when this happened and fill in edtf:cessation for the old thing and edtf:inception for the new thing
• fill in wof:superseded_by in the old thing's record with the new thing's wof_id
• fill in wof:supersedesin the new thing with the old thing's wof_id

conversely, it would be nice to have a "THIS ONCE WAS..." button which does the opposite:

• make a new wof_id for the old thing
• ask what it used to be called, and the category and tags
• do the superseded_by and supersedes dance
• ask when it happened, and do the edtf:cessation and edtf:inception dance
