the spelunker gets sad when I edit airport campus polygons in BI #330

I've been making various edits to Japanese airports using BI, and strange things are happening.

I was adding concordances to the IACO, IATA, wikipedia, and wikidata.

After editing this, I got 500 surprised kitties 🙀 error in the spelunker.

In BI, 102541661 showed up as parents: -1 and had two competing hierarchies, but they were the same (the Osaka region).

I also changed the label centroid of another airport and got a 500 error, but Dan fixed it by adding a parent.

FYI wof:country and iso:country seem to be missing from all of these oa records.

Sounds like two different weird things here (the dual identical hierarchies, and the dropped country properties). I'll look into this!

to be clear, it looks like some number of these oa airports were without wof:country & iso:country codes to begin with, long before I edited any.
