Replace ripple-rest calls for order-book data with rippleapi getOrderbooks.

Required order-book examples:

XRP/BTC.~Xagate XRP/LTC.~Xagate XRP/NXT.~Xagate XRP/ETH.~Xagate XRP/XAG.~Xagate XRP/XAU.~Xagate XRP/XPT.~Xagate XRP/XPD.~Xagate

Required output:

Nicely formatted JSON Object outputted via console.log. Nicely formatted JSON Object outputted wrapped in pre tag.
