Sorry for merging and then fixing things myself in c7b37281506955fa24cafdd5a33d72419d169548. I checked for UTF-8 in the other PR and failed to see the URL mistake (sum01 instead of openvcash) and link name (CONTRIBUTING.md instead of contributing guide) of this PR.

I'll do PRs at the start of the day from now on and not when I can hardly see and am about to fall asleep! Sorry again.
