I don't want to be a stickler, but can you please try with https://code.visualstudio.com/ on a fresh clone which will open the file in UTF-8 (instead of ibm855) and save it correctly as it was before (UTF-8) as well, so you'll only commit the lines you are really changing, without rewriting the whole translation file.
I'd also really appreciate it if you could translate a couple of new strings (command, execute, rpcConsole) I've added in the commits after your first translations. Here is the link to those new strings in case you want to do it.
