(BUG) DescriptinForm not show QuestionSet desription on start test #34

Steps will reproduce the problem
1. Open any practice(maybe test to)
2. System show Test description normally
3. Click OK
4. System start practice and not show QuestionSet description

System must show Set description before start any QuestionSet.
