Include manual in release #12

Should not have to download separately.

Tutorial files too (I think).

Thank you for the suggestion. I added a file "All_Files_of_TreeScaper_v1.0.0.zip", which includes all of files.

Sorry, I don't think I was clear. I meant: when one downloads "Linux_TreeScaper_v1.0.0_Binary_2016-08-25.zip" you should receive the manual (and tutorial files) along with the binary (i.e. in the downloaded folder). It is just more convenient as a user: why would someone want the binary but not the manual (or manual but not the binary)?

This goes for downloading the source code as well.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have added the manual and tutorial files in the both Linux and MAC zip files. The source code zip files are automatically generated by github. It is not clear to me how to modify it.

Sounds good. I won't close the issue in case you are working on including things with the source code.
