Kill the compiler after a certain period #57

It is observed that on rare conditions(don't know why) the compiler can 
stop, so the judge process will keep waiting for ever. Killing the compiler 
after a certain period can solve this problem.

So it is actually caused by a segmentation fault in the kernel module. Now the 
kernel module is removed. Won't be an issue any more.
