Allow changing program path with different filename #21

This should also change the appid, AS WELL AS the appsettings folder in
appdata. I think I'll be able to change the folder name on-the-spot.

In certain cases, the old apppath should be stored as an applist "clone", for 
cases
like Office 2010's shortcuts.

But the base issue itself is resolved!
