Because it WILL happen.

The idea: Open up a dialog. Without further intervention, user can send a
Trace report to digimarco35@yahoo.com. If user chooses, he can add a
description, and also consent to his desktop being screencapped.

Second link shows GPL-compatible loggers. NLog looks really good.

A basic email setup was put in T7ECommon. Didn't use NCode after all, for 
something
this simple.

Consider adding a "More Information" textbox for users to add what they were 
doing at
the time, instead of directing them to digimarco35@yahoo.com.
