JLE_Common.ahk sometimes doesn't return most recent window, for "Force new window" tasks #56

Had this problem since forever. The function to change is
IsWindowRunning(). I could just return the window handle of the new process
window, but how do I check for window or class name?

Obviously I can make the check, but it'd require some coding effort.
