Handle disabled "Recently Opened Items" in start menu options #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Cant apply jumplists, comes error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see error instead of applying:

JumpList appling not successful.
System.UnauthorisedAccessExeption: Custom categories cannot be added while
recent documents tracking is turned off.

Microsoft.WindowsAPICodePack.Taskbar.Jumplist.AppendCustomCategories()
  at Microsoft.WindowsAPICodePack.Taskbar.Jumplist.Refresh()
  at T7EPrefrences.Prefrences.ApplyJumplistToTaskbar(Primary parent)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JumplistExtender_v0.2-C.exe on Windows 7 Ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.
I thought it meant that i've turned off recent documents in Start menu, so I 
turned it on but nothing happened.
How to fix it?

I've found how to fix it:
1)Go to Start menu
2)Left click -> Properties
3)Select 2nd checkbox in Privacy (I dont know whhat it is because I don't hav 
English Windows)
