WLM jumplist resets #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Saving and applyng works good, but problem occurs when shutting down and 
turning on again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see custom jumplist but I see original jumplist.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windiws 7 Ultimate, 0.2.3802.42522

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried this w/ and w/o Vista SP2 compability (in WLM)

That's because custom jump lists aren't protected: they can be overwritten at 
the original program's whim. If I knew where the jump list data was stored, I 
could protect that.
