JLE has issues with pinned items having the same executable name but in different locations. #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have two different executables with the same exe name (don't ask)
2. try pinning them both with JLE running
3. JLE will crash or replace the first pinned icon with the second 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What I expect is that I keep my two pinned icons since Win7 allows this too. 
What I see instead is that I lost one icon, and when trying to re-pin the 
second program, JLE crashed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.04 on Windows7

Please provide any additional information below.
First pinned program is Maxthon Classic, second pinned program was Maxthon2.
