Shortcuts all being lost once I re-edit the jumplist #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup a bunch of links for IE
2. Save, all will work well.
3. Restart pc
4. Edit jumplist and add another link
5. Save.
6. All links go to browser default home page.

I've had to reset these several times.  I hope this gets fixed as it's getting 
to the point of being more trouble than it's worth.
