Hi Purchased and downloaded arm64 v 3.2 for my Macbook Pro running Ventura with M1 Max chip but it won't run. I can install it but when I attempt to run the app , i see popup saying the app '... is damaged and can't be opened'. I am able to run v3.1 successfully. Advice much appreciated. Thanks

Sorry about the problem - please send me a message through the contact form with the email you used to purchase the app (juts say "3.1 Mac Arm download broken" or something):

https://videohubapp.com/en/contact/

I'm unsure why; there are a few other people emailing with the same problem. I'm guessing this is the download (link) that comes from the email you got when you purchased the app?

I've been meaning to have another release of the app (patch version with new FFmpeg) - so much to do, so little time ๐Ÿ˜…

Same problem here with an M1 Macbook Air. I tried the demo as well, but I received the same error.

I was able to run the Intel version. No success with the arm64 mac version.

Is there an intel version of 3.2? I can't see it.

Thank you for the additional bug report ๐Ÿ™‡ I'll need to craft a new release -- previously I didn't have access to an Intel Mac to build an Intel specific version ๐Ÿ˜“ but now I (intermittently) do - so I should be able to get one out in the coming month ๐Ÿคž

I'm not able to run the 3.2 version either. M1 Mac

The 3.1 version works.

I have also a M1 Max and the 3.2 version not work. Some news?

whyboris commented 8 months ago

@Caumaker - could you share what executable / installer you are trying to run?

The Demo comes from GitHub and is available here: https://videohubapp.com/en/download/

The page has 3.2.0 for Mac that is Arm64 and it should work on M1

Please let me know whether it's the Demo or the Purchased Version that you are having trouble with ๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™€๏ธ
