Trips periodic summary report columns get cut off #100

For the 4s, 5 and 5s, the Week column is not wide enough for the week date data, nor is the Trip column heading wide enough.

Currently the app doesn't support portait mode, but, this would solve the problem of having wide enough columns. Since there is no room to take from other columns and the font is using "Caption 1" (and not Body) then consider having label size down automatically.

Went with adjusting the font to fit width. This could look really ugly if the font size is different across rows.
