From http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/ws/index.shtml the web service /ws/rest/vehicle/menu/make?year=yyyy returns a list of vehicle makes for a particular year.

Example URL: /ws/rest/vehicle/menu/make?year=2012

Create a parser to obtain the data for display.
