Vehicle description should appear in settings cell #29

Put the vehicle description in the Settings's vehicle cell. The description should be formatted as year + make + model. This will get very long so the font should size down and, perhaps, expect it to not fit.

(The not fitting problem may be acceptable in the short term since a future update may allow multiple vehicles and the cell will, instead, point to a vehicle list.)

The text field will size down to a minimum of 11pts (from 17pts). Blank text display if no default vehicle exists.
