Log trip via tracking is now displaying tab and navigation bars instead of being modal #42

When starting a tracked trip, the tracking scene no longer appears as a modal screen. Instead, the navigation bar (which is new) and the tab bar appear allow the user to navigate throughout the app which is wrong.

This started happened after a navigation controller was embedded in front of the log scene.
