As a student I want to be able to submit project team forms online, so that QUT is able to match us with industry partners.

The user is able to edit all fields of the form
The user cannot complete the form and advance to the group screen, without completely filling out the form correctly, and having no input on mandatory fields.

-- Jim said in Week 3's lecture that these should be very short, and leave the technical side of things (like fields for the form) to sub-tasks.
