P1 - Access to student team form #16

As a student, I want to be able to navigate to my teams form whenever I am logged into my account.

Jim said he would like students (and similarly with businesses) to open a link from an email to access the student team form. So basically every student receives one with a unique key attached, and for a further 'could-have', we can use this unique key to continue on unfinished forms.
