As an admin, I want to be able to suspend or disable a student account, so that students that have dropped out of the unit, or has not been enrolled etc. will not appear in the system.

-Login in as academic staff -Search student first and last name or student number into search bar to bring up student -Be able to click 'disable' and remove privleges
