As a member of the academic staff I want to be able to send an email to the student team and industry partner simultaneously when the project is assigned so that they can review the assigned project/team

Acceptance Criteria:

Logging into email account successfully reaches Microsoft Outlook.
Email is sent to the desired email accounts of the relevant parties.
Email contents in the emails are correct.
Backup manual option still provides the correct details for the default browser emailing system.
